Green Circle Plant Nursery is a community based not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers. All funds raised from plant sales go back to the community to support a wide variety of local projects.
All seeds and cutting stock is of local provenance.
Planting of indigenous vegetation in public and private gardens is encouraged as these plants are naturally suited to our environment and require no fertilizers, pesticides and minimal watering. They also provide habitat for local birds and wildlife and preserve our natural heritage.
Nursery work is done by volunteers and anyone interested is welcome to participate and learn the skills of propagation.
